New cylinder fitted.
They came to see me on a sunday quickly diagnosed the fault and changed my lock in five minutes. I did shudder a bit at the £75 labour cheque and £45 for the cylinder but at the end of the day my front door was not working and when he left it was. You pay your oney and take your choice. I would recommend them.

I telephoned them on Wednesday morning. the locksmith arranged to arrived on Thursday at 11.30, but didn't arrive until 12.30 although they did ring to let us know. The job took 15 minutes and they were very polite and courteous. I would recommend them.
