Changed both front and back door locks.

Friendly, efficient, tidy and helpful. Arrived within 30mins. Put some WD40 on the door mechanism to make it easier to open and close which was very useful. Nice chap that I am happy to recommend.

Replaced yale and five-lever mortice lock during the night.

I left my keys in the door by mistake, which were then stolen by my next door neighbours (I live on a not-very-nice estate) but the police couldn't do anything as I had no proof. I discovered this after I woke in the middle of the night to hear the key being turned in the lock and the pattering of feet in my hallway. I was taking my son to a festival at 8am that morning so I had to get a locksmith during the night. I phoned Saif and he came at 6.30am as promised and completed the work very quickly and efficiently. His charged was comparable to what another person had quoted me but who had sounded decidedly unreliable over the phone. He was very kind and tried to replace the locks on the gate too for an extra tenner but didn't have compatible locks for these.

Adjusted back door lock

Unable to lock back door. Arrived within the hour, service good value for money, carried out work very efficiently. Very helpful and friendly would recommend.

New mechanism fitted to exterior door

Absolutely brilliant! After being told by another locksmith that the door was rubbish and beyond repair, I called and spoke to Junior. He came round when I got home from work and sorted the door out quickly. What a star! Will definitely recommend ideal-locks.Co.Uk to friends and family. A number for my mobile for sure! Thanks again.

Got me in to my house and replaced key barrel and gave advice

Key stuck in lock

Key stuck in lock of back door. I tried for over an hour. Conceded defeat found 1a ideal locksmith here. Called them they rang me back and hour later new lock was installed and house secured. Can't ask for better service than that on a Sunny Sunday. TOP MARKS ALL ROUND

Replacement door, locks and hinges after a burglary

Arrived within an hour of calling, gave quote and started work straight away, they did a brilliant job in a timely fashion and put in a very high standard of security locks and hinges to secure my property. I would highly recommend this company.

Got me back in my flat!

I managed to lock myself out of my flat and was incredibly stressed. Saif was absolutely lovely and got me back into my flat. He also fitted a new lock to make my door more secure and was very careful to ensure the lock was fitted properly. He took his time and clearly cared about doing a good job. Let back into property after being locked out.

Very professional and came within set time. I was extremely stressed after being locked out and faced with a gazillion entries under locksmiths in the phone book, I did not know where to turn. Then I spotted the magic checkatrade logo and I felt sure I would be okay with them. Luckily I was proved right and was back in my home within an hour of being locked out! Highly recommended for efficiency, friendlyservice and value for money.
