I initially chose to go with Scott over several other decorators because he gave me a reasonable written quote with a full breakdown of costs for each part of the job, and because I had a good vibe that he seemed honest and easy to get along with. He talked me through my options regarding choice of paint and finish and arranged a time to start the work which suited us both. He completed the work exactly as discussed and I was extremely happy with the outcome - the house looks great! I would also say that as a woman at home with a small baby the experience of having someone work on the house was made much easier and pleasant by the fact that Scott seems to be a genuinely nice guy and made me feel at ease. He was friendly and polite and really helpful too. I would definitely recommend 1st Choice Decoration to friends and family and will be calling on him again if I need any more decorating done - 10 out of 10 all round.
