I left a message on the answer phone and was promptly called back. I received a diagnosis to the problem over the telephone and step by step instructions to rectify the problem. What's more there was no charge.  1st Choice could have easily charged me a call out fee to solve the problem. I am really sorry the client feels this way. I found a coin in the filter of the washer/dryer, removed it,machine tested,showed no problems and confirmed to the customer this was more than likely the fault. The customer rang later that same day stating he wanted his filter back. At no stage did I change his filter, if I had I would have charged him which I did not. The washer/dryer has worked since my original visit and I have performed my duties and resolved his problem, this was all within the original call out charge.
