Our drains had blocked and had used my own rods to help a little but called these guys in to do a proper job! Came in, used camera and cleared blockage in about 10 mins but as I was paying for an hour did a full hosing down clearance as well - NO EXTRA CHARGES. Great service, great value. Also had insurance cover on my home that covers plumbing, electrics etc but as on that I pay the first £99 these guys were better value anyhow! Am now using them for my business premises as well. Excellent service.

Once the men arrived the problem was fixed quite quickly. They were nice enough but I just felt they could have added more value to their work. When I called in the morning they said they would phone me back within 10 minutes to confirm approximately what time they would be able to come to me. When they didn't phone so I called them, they said they would be with me within 2 hours, which they were.
