Installation of wall ties.
I very thorough and professional approach from the initial quotation, talking me through the options and describing the process of installation and then completing the job as agreed. A great experience with this company, no attempt to charge me for something that didn't need doing. In fact took time to check and demonstrate to me that only one elevation required the ties replaced. If you want a great service at a good price look no further!

Brick ties to side and rear of house and repainting.
Really good, from visit for quote, to completion. Found Russell to give an honest view of the work required and kept in touch right the way through to completion. James was tidy, professional, and an all-round nice guy. He offered to carry on with job on a Saturday when weather had hampered progress in the week. Would definitely recommend 1st Master Wall-Ties Ltd and would be my first call if I found myself needing the same work in another home. Have offered to send some photos of work to Russell for his website, once the weather clears up.

Cavity wall ties replaced at rear of property.
James arrived on time and was quick setting up his tools at the rear of the property. I explained that my wife was still asleep so would shut the bedroom windows where the drilling would be taking place. He was prepared to wait until she woke up but I told him not to worry. The work took approx 4 hours as previously stated by the boss, Russell. All holes were professionally filled using a very close match to the colour of the bricks. He tidied up very thoroughly at the end sweeping and hosing down dust from the roof and windows. Very happy with the service I received from 1st Master Wall Ties Ltd.
