I would like to report the lack of professionalism that I found and poor standard of workmanship shown by this trader. The work has not been finished or faults rectified.

In our opinion the work which we were contracted for is completed to a good standard of workmanship. The faults that we were asked to rectify were not on our installation. We had been given a deadline to complete the work which we did, now the customer feels the work had been rushed. We were requested to install and provide parts which were not for the installation at our own expense. In twenty years of trading to our knowledge we have never been called unprofessional or met a customer who was in our opinion so difficult to deal with.
