Diagnosed broken motherboard, transferred data to new PC
Geoff was a really genuine person. He explained everything that needed doing as he went along. He was always available at the end of the telephone to answer questions and returned all messages promptly. He was well informed and knew exactly what he was doing. He charged a reasonable fee for an excellent service.

Removal of viruses from both a laptop and desktop home PC
Geoff came to our home and immediately identified the problems with both PCs and resolved the virus issues efficiently. He also gave good advice on accessing free downloads to improve PC security with detailed instructions. The jobs took just over 2 hours but he only charged us for 2 hours (£50 per hour).

Mr Williamson was on time, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He fixed our internet connection problems which we had been putting off for months. He saved us having to get a new computer!
