Geoff turned up promptly (2 hours early actually as previous customer was unavailable) and so speed of arrival couldn't have been better. He explained at each stage what he was doing and why I had encountered problems. He really knew his stuff and was therefore able to find the cause of the problem easily and quickly. A problem I thought was unfixable was fixed within the estimated time duration and for the price previously quoted. Would recommend him to anyone and will be keeping his contact details for any future IT problems!

This is the second time I have used this Company. Having suffered a computer crash, Geoff promptly answered my call for help. His diagnosis was spot on and having taken the machine away for repair on a Friday afternoon, he returned it the following Tuesday, having replaced the disc, inserted a second drive, upgraded the operating system and reconfigured the folder options so that I could easily copy my folder and other files on to the second drive. Better still, he did it precisely to budget, making the repairs much cheaper than having to buy a new system. I very strongly recommend him. Professional in every way.

USB ports not working reliably on notebook, Geoff repaired ports and recommended purchase of USB card, which has resolved the problem and avoided the need to purchase new notebook. Geoff also investigated issue of overheating and advised fan needed cleaning, which has resolved problem. We agreed beforehand to restrict work to one hour, Geoff was clear about charges and I'm very pleased with the work carried out. I would definitely recommend him. 10/10.
