    Repaired latch on porch door

    I had a sticking UVPC kitchen door that wouldn't shut

    Soon identified the problem and also sorted our dining room door. Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly 5 star serv8ce

    Bolt had jammed, spring had broken. Took door out, fixed problem and replaced with new lock.

    Professional. First rate. Cleaned up after him. Fee was very good. We are very impressed.

    Installed new locks to external doors and also 2 sets of patio doors.

    Ian did a first class job and provided excellent service. He was punctual, very efficient and tidy and his work was of the highest standard. Would thoroughly recommend him.

    Unjammed and adjusted patio doors

    A call to a locksmith always fills me with dread, as you always expect to pay a premium for a distress purchase. Not the case with Ian, who gave me a very reasonable price up front and stuck to it. He came out within a few hours to release my jammed patio doors and re-adjust them. This was a difficult job and I was pleasantly surprised that he managed to get the jammed doors open without any damage. He was a careful and tidy worker, and a nice professional guy to have in the house. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend to others.
