Chris Moyles and Minty from EastEnders turned up when they said they would and fixed the job satisfactorily. They took 2 hours to do these two jobs but in fairness there were added complications such as having to get specialist parts for the toilet. Nice ring tone on mobile. I got them to quote for a new shower and TRVs and may well use them for these jobs in future.

Sent by insurance company (Hiscoxs) to carry out a temporary repair to a leaking roof.  They arrived within 30 minutes and fitted a tarpaulin patch to the valley (means nothing to me!) and sealed other areas with sealant. When my builder came to carry out full repairs he commented that it was a difficult area to patch, but gave their work 10 out of 10. Nice blokes!

the shower door does not close properly and we have leaks. The tiles are coming away form the floor. The grouting is not satisfactory. They have been back several times but have failed to solve these issues and have told us that "they have washed their hands of us".
