Exceptionally good!! Arrived exactly on time in regard to pre-arranged appointment. The engineer took the time to listen to my history of the intermittent fault regarding my gas boiler and then spent time methodically trying to diagnose the fault explaining his actions at all times in a way that a non-technically minded person (like me) would understand. Upon finding no specific fault he then went on to undertake a annual service of the boiler which I had already requested. On completion of the service the engineer even telephoned the manufacturer of my boiler and requested a copy of the Owners Instructions to be sent. As no formal diagnosis of the intermittent fault was found then an informal arrangement was made to 'keep in contact' with me over the next few days. A two hour visit including all the above was at an great price. Excellent value for money and exceptionally professional service. Will definately be recommending this company and using their services again.

Kev and his company came round as one of 8 plumbers we had quotesd off. He was open and honest not the cheapest and not the most expensive.He left saying that even if we did not go with his company he would happily give advice. He promptly gave us a quote and it was spot on. On the day he arrived at 8am which he said he would and same on the second day. Was really polite and kept the kitchen and study tidy while doing the work, the workmen were really polite and his after service help has been brilliant , always prompt and rung back answering any queries I have.
