“24th March - Workmen came to fit window glass and patio doors only had the patio doors not the window glass. Told window glass not in stock. Called A1 windows office advised both should have turned up today put me on hold and told me the glass was damaged. Told they will re-order glass. 31st March Told workmen arrive 07:00-07:30. No one arrives. Called A1 office told workmen went to pick up glass and it wasn't in stock. Asked A1 why we weren't told earlier, response was that she could not have told us earlier as she didn't have our number. A1 windows said they will try and get the glass ready for the next day and fit this on Saturday morning. 1st April Enforced glass fitted to utility was wrong size. Asked workmen why there was a black line across the top window size didn't look right, told this is normal. I then asked the other window fitter. Fitter agreed measured window to find 1cm too small. He advised he would go get the correct size ordered. I called the office was told they will re-order which would be another 3-5 days. 7th April Work complete.”

We did offer this customer many appointments so that we could return and rectify this work, however they refused these and therefore the job took longer than it needed to.
