“After a lot of chasing and phone calls the clock was installed 3 weeks later and the job was completed. The hot water storage tank was removed swiftly but a precarious and unsightly set of pipes were left behind. I had to pay an additional £70 to have the pipes put in order. I chased them a further 2 months for the promised Corgi registered installation certificate. I was fobbed of with a story of a busy time and it was in the post. Eventually I contacted Corgi directly gave them their gas safety number and logged a complaint. The promised certificate and grantee finally arrived within 2 days”

The problem with the clock was brought to the customers attention at the time and we addressed this accordingly. We apologised at the time to the customer for the delay and the matter was resolved.
