I could not fault this company. From the quotation and information provided by the owner Andy Brown, to the finished job, we were thoroughly impressed with all aspects of our selection of A B Conservatories. Andy was very flexible when we wanted to adapt our design which we really liked as it enabled us to be 100% sure of what we were going to get. We were able to openly talk through ideas, whilst Andy provided non-biased advice on what our options were allowing us to make the most informed decisions about all the bits and pieces entailed in the overall job. The builder GP Building services were also very good, courteous, communicative and highly skilled with their brickwork. Nothing was too much bother for either the conservatory construction team or the builder who we actually asked to do another job whilst he was at our house because we were so pleased with his work. Having taken quotes from a number of companies some big and some smaller, the fact that this company is a smaller family run business was a huge benefit when it came to the products they used, the price we paid, the service we received and the overall result in a beautiful conservatory!. Our experience with A B Conservatories exceeding all our expectations and we would recommend anyone looking for similar work (or windows and doors!) to give them a call.

Andy and Jason have created a beautiful and practical room for us, where once was a rotting 'lean to'. The quote was extremely competitive and Andy provided us with lots of different options. They worked quickly, efficiently and tidied up after themselves at all times which was perfect for us as we have 2 young sons. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. In my opinion how do you score someone who has taken your money and not done the work promised? Job is barely started ( by a sub-contractor ) in 5 months and we have reduced from telephone calls to text messages, to no response at all. We will pursue this.

In response to the customers comments above, unfortunately I had been taken seriously ill with hospital admission. Due to this the communication between the customer and myself had broken down. I have since sent a letter of apology and new dates to be able to continue the work. I await the customer reply.

The windows are of very good quality, Andy has designed the lead work really well - can not fault here. Workmanship is good, the work seems to be done really well. There were (the usual) issues with delivery/timing of work, but overall we're happy.

If you are reading this then you're probably in the position I was in six months ago. Do I go with one of the big well known companies or do I take a risk with a less expensive small company unknown to myself, Six months on and I couldn't be happier with the result. I now have a fantastic conservatory and realise that going with AB Conservatories was no risk at all. The quality of the product and workmanship is excellent. Andy and Jason were very friendly and trustworthy. Likewise the other builders that assisted. I could not recommend them enough.
