Both bath taps where leaking through the floor boards into the room below. Mr Rose arrived within half an hour of contacting him, quickly replacing the old fittings for new with a minimum of fuss or mess. As he was there I also asked him to look at our leaking stop cock. Again Mr Rose supplied and installed the replacement part at extremely reasonable price.

We noticed a damp patch on the kitchen ceiling as a result of an overflowing tank, where the valve needed replacing urgently. I text Tony at 09:00am and he said he would be able to get here this morning. He did so at 10:30, was able to solve and fix the issue quickly. I thoroughly recommend him.
