Rectified Neff dish washer door latch

Arrived when he said he would. Courteous, got it right first time and the cost was very reasonable. Took the trouble to explain what the problem was and how to fix it for myself if it happens again.

Replaced oven fan

Was able to come within a few hours of call, had the part in his van, and quickly replaced the faulty unit. Have used ADC before and will certainly use them again.

Fixed my non-working dishwasher

Arrived early, mended dishwasher, tidied and was finished in less than an hour. Charged less than expected and was cheerful and friendly. What more can you ask? Strongly recommend.

Hoover 1400 AAA Washing Machine - error message and not operable

Arrived on time, extremely pleasant and tidy in work area. Found the fault in less than 10 minutes so only charged the callout fee. Really pleased with the service and we will call ADC again as we now know they can look after our other appliances. Third tradesman we have located through Checkatrade and all have been up to the mark.

No work carried out as engineer advised us to contact Bosch direct as motor gone despite machine only 2 years old

The engineer was very pleasant and advised us to get in touch with Bosch as motor shouldn't have failed after just over 2 years. Didn't charge us any call out fee which was very kind of him. Would recommend him and call him again in future if need be.
