FAILED to fix my dishwasher (after 2 attempts). Kept the £85 nonetheless!
Tried twice to fix my faulty dishwasher then didn't respond to the request for a 3rd visit. Had to call the manufacturer who sent their own engineer - he immediately fixed it for a same charge so should have used him in the first place.

I never received a call to return, ( I always immediately call back,) when I did eventually get a call, I was told the customer had got someone else in. I fitted a part which had genuinely failed and I offered any future call would be free even though I hadn't done anything wrong. I take any negative comments personally and I would have appreciated a call so I could rectify any ongoing fault.
