Correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and replaced the brushes efficiently and for exactly the price quoted. Also checked and cleaned up some other bits and pieces. Very friendly and helpful, he was delayed due to a previous job over-running but kept me informed. It took a while to book the appointment (nearly a week) due to some messages apparently not being passed on by the office, so maybe some improvement needed there.

Arranged the appointment 2 days before when I was given a time window of between 11.00 and 13.00. I was also called within the window to confirm that he was 10 minutes away. An excellent system! The work was duly completed efficiently, and problem explained and evidence provided! After our discussion the invoice was prepared and provided with this card. Whilst I hope I don't require any further assistance with domestic appliances I would certainly use ADC again and would recommend them to anyone who asked. Asking.

When Antony arrived he was able to tell me within 5 minutes that the motor had gone in the dishwasher. He also emptied it for me as I had not been able to finish the cycle when it went wrong. He quoted me a price to replace the part but I wanted to know whether he thought it was worth having it fixed given that the machine is now about 7-8 years old. I was extremely happy with his advice and service and have decided to replace the dishwasher. I also asked him to look at my fridge door which bounces open again when closed. He was able to offer advice on this also. I would highly recommend Antony and intend to use him again the next time a kitchen appliance goes wrong!

Our top (main) oven stopped heating up although the light and fan were working. ADC Appliances solved the matter efficiently and effectively by taking out the oven and replacing the element from the back of the oven. We have no hesitation in recommending them, the service was prompt, friendly and professional. The engineer also checked the oven over and all else was fine. Great work - and we can cook again - Sunday roast on its way...!!
