Source and replace shower unit
The engineer went to a lot of trouble to find a replacement shower and to install was exceptional. He was kind and courteous at all times.

I am a very reliable plumber. I pride myself on having a quick response time and am punctual, efficient, neat and tidy, affable, honest and fair with excellent customer service and a professional attitude. Both of my employees have been "Apprentice of the Year" at the Isle of Wight college, with of one them being the only qualified, female gas engineer on the Isle of Wight.

Repair or replace thermostat
I telephoned the company and they were able to attend the property the same day to review the problem and were able to rectify it the following day. They were polite and courteous and extremely fast. It was also a lady engineer who came round to make the repair which was brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone who needs a plumber.
