Anthony is realible, efficient and had a good sense of humour (very rare in traders these days) repaired central heating immediately, I would certainly recommend him and use again.

Serviced an Ideal Classic Boiler and checked basin waste.
Replacement of waste trap was expensive (+£150). I accept the engineer had to collect from Wholesalers and never asked for quote. I would recommend them.

Fixed central heating and serviced boiler
I called Anthony of AJS to report a problem with my central heating after he had recently done a good job of fixing my broken shower.  He arranged to come round within a quick period of time even though it wasn't an emergency. His work was excellent and I found him very friendly and he took the time to answer any questions I had. From my experience of dealing with Anthony I have found he is an excellent tradesman in terms of his attitude, persona, reliability and workmanship and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Fixed Shower
My shower broke in the morning resulting in me having to keep the water supply turned off.  After reporting it to my landlord, AJS came round that same very evening to ensure that the water supply could be used and reconnected another disused shower for us which was extremely helpful. Anthony returned a very short time later at a time he had promised and fully repaired the original shower.  I was very pleased with his commitment and the quality of workmanship.

Emergency Telephone Call on Bank Holiday weekend
I called Mr Symons on a Sunday morning on a Bank Holiday as my boiler would not work after a power cut in Maidstone.  He was very helpful and talked me (a dizzy blonde) over the phone how to fix the problem and he managed to get it working!! I would highly recommend using his services as I certainly will be in the future.

Piped up the kitchen sink.

Unblocked the basin and unstuck the basin tap.
The work has only just been completed hence it is difficult to "mark", the quality of overall service etc. However it appears 1st rate - A very good job done!! I would recommend them.

On this particular situation I advised the lady of my time of calling, she told me she was going out and her son would be there. After confirming there was a gas leak we contacted the lady on her mobile for which she advised me to do nothing until she returned home, I did mention that this would be more time. Consequently, I was stood around waiting for her to return and give me the instruction to carry out the work, which we rectified when she did return.
