Our central heating and hot water failed on the coldest day of the year with snow forecast. I telephoned AJS and left a message they called me back within 30 minutes I explained the problem and after giving them the make of the boiler they talked me through closing the system down and re-starting it, which cured the problem. I asked them to send me an invoice they declined and said they were pleased to help. Sterling service, I would recommend them to anyone with heating problems.

Called the company out to fix boiler that had stopped working. Faulty fan diagnosed, and replaced same day. Extremely pleased with prompt service, especially as weekend of severe cold weather had been predicted. Engineer both knowledgeable and tidy, would definately recommend.

Overall work covered nearly 4 months, from September 2011 till January 2012 {not AJS's fault} other workman held it up. His work was excellent, done to perfection, it was all planned beforehand, he carried it out and tidied up as he went allong. He gave care and protection to my property, and planned ALL his work so it never held up or interfered with the other workman, {ie builder and kitchen fitters} When I had problems with the Gas Board moving my meter and leaving a pipe exposed in the kitchen floor, it was all finally sorted by AJS,

Attendance in this case was not due to where other work was arranged, it was due in my opinipn to the delay in the Customer accepting that the gas fire in question was obsolete, and that parts could not be sourced. Therefore a new gas fire was installed after several weeks of the initial Appointment.
