“Asked to fit new aerial on gable on 10 foot pole at one days notice, but fitted short swan necked pole, overcharged for this work, reception poor, took several days to return, still did not fit higher pole and asked for more money to fit booster, which was refused. I then asked another local company to erect aerial on 10 ft pole, which they did to my satisfaction, with good reception, at third of the cost that A Line charged for their unsatisfactory work.”

Response from A Line Aerial & Satellite Engineers :
This customer never once asked me for a 10 foot pole as he wasn’t there when I carried out the job. As for the price, this included a swan neck pole, 3 down leads, a heavy duty wall bracket and an aerial, this was why the other job would have been a third of the price. When I left the property, the scaffolding was still up and the signal was good. Once the scaffolding came down the signal deteriorated. I then offered them to have an amplifier to sort this out but they declined. I believe the reason I received this review is because I wouldn’t give them a free amplifier. Please see my other reviews which I feel show how I run my business.
