I was particularly impressed with the way that the work was carried out. Everything was removed from the balcony including railings with no fuss and least amount of mess and inconvenience. The whole roof was then stripped insulated and asphalted,railings re-instated,painted where necessary and ready to be used in 3 days.

Repair of 3 slipped slates with lead and repair of baton underneath. Tony was very prompt in returning calls and visited within 48 hours, quoted and then did the repair 2 days later to a very high professional standard whilst I was away working. Such a relief . Following the discovery of a missing roof tile, I contacted Mr. O'Shea by phone on 10.01.12. Mr. O'Shea was very helpful and arranged to visit and estimate on 12.01.12. He arrived at exactly the time arranged when I agreed to his estimate. He even suggested that as this was storm damage I should make an insurance claim which I had not even considered. He then returned on 17.01.12 and attended to the tile. They were even able to put me in touch with someone who was able to make me some new garage doors. Both jobs were carried out with professionalism and care and evrything was left clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this business.

Mr O'Shea came out to investigate my roof due to some dampness in the loft. He couldn't find a problem, and gave some advice. He then never charged for his time which was very generous as most companies charge a call out. I would use him again and recommend to anyone looking for a roofer

Repaired a sagging section of our roof and replaced missing tiles elsewhere. While the work was in progress they discovered a further problem and gave a very fair quotation for the extra work and we were happy to agree with it. Once the work was started the time keeping was excellent, but we had difficulty getting a firm start date. We were pleased with the work and would recommend them.
