Hello, my name is Paul. I am self employed and based in Croydon. I have around 12 years of experience within the building trade. Check out the rest of my page to see what APKB Services can offer.

APKB work is carried out in a friendly, punctual, conscientious and professional way.

I am happy to come out free of charge to discuss any work from a small repair project to building an extension, giving any advice where necessary. I will follow up the visit with a phone call to discuss the cost for the work and this allows for any adjustments or queries to be flagged up.

Covered garage.

Paul converted our garage into a room. He did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend him to anyone one. He tidied up after himself, he came early and his work was of a very high standard. I am already calling him back for other jobs.

Re-modelled back garden, crazy paved driveway front garden.

Having used Paul before, we had no hesitation in asking him to do these two jobs for us. As expected, a 1st class job and both gardens look fantastic, transforming the house! We would not hesitate to recommend APKB.

Conversion of garage to utility room and studio, enlarge kitchen, fit new units and tile throughout with slate.

Excellent craftsman who always turns up on time, does not spend all day on the phone (often turns it off), works all day on site and produces excellent results. Is also very tidy. We had considerable work done. It took 3 months in which time we got to know Paul and Russ quite well. The end result is wonderful and my friends have been taking his details. One very slight and small criticism, Paul was a little optimistic about matching and sourcing 10 year old kitchen units and tiles. Having bought completely contrasting units and asking Paul to cut socket spaces out of very thick slate tiles and him succeeding brilliantly, the end result is outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Mending peppledash on bay window

This company were friendly, courteous and tidy. Nothing was a problem. An area of plaster had blown on our bay window, and APKB mended it really well. I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
