I am thrilled with my rooms. The quality of the flooring in very good. Advice on type of flooring and samples left for me to think about. Time keeping was good. Fitting was excellent. Howard was friendly, helpful and professional at all times. He offered useful advice and gave us a choice of options that were within our plan and budget. He did a fantastic job within the time agreed and was very flexible when we discovered a problem with the chimney breast. He offered a practical solution and was happy to return and do a final piece of finishing once we had rectified the problem, all within the agreed price. The guys did a great job. They were very pleasant to have around. They arranged the electrician as well which was needed to wire in the under floor heating, so it was all stress free for me. They were available to discuss any queries I had before the job commenced and have given helpful advice following completion. I would have no issues with recommending them to others.

From initial consultation through to completion of the work we've been extremely impressed with Howard and co. Howard supplied full length sample boards which was a real bonus for choosing the floor (unlike the tiny samples you get through the post) and the quote was very competitive. Hi I would like to provide some feedback on A&B Flooring of Horsham. They put down an engineered oak floor in our lounge and office recently. From the moment we contacted them they were very helpful in helping us make a decision on a good quality, beautiful oak floor. They provided advice on what engineered versus real wood based on the surface the floor would go down on. They provided samples for us to keep and view in different lighting conditions and gave us names of places to go to look at oak skirting so we could decide on which on to choose. They were on time and work hard throughout the day stopping only for a cup of tea or coffee and the finished product was brilliant. We are so please and would recommend them 100% and would use them again.
