Radiator.

Fix faulty shower .Control
Our 9-year old Sirrus shower thermostatic control was delivering only tepid water even at the maximum temperature setting. Neil stripped down the entire control valve, serviced it fully and replaced worn parts. Now it works perfectly again and we can have a nice hot shower. Excellent work all round! We have used Neil before for various plumbing/bathroom work and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Installation of two bathrooms.
Neil carried out the complete refurbishment of one existing bathroom for us and the creation of another from scratch. This included tiling and electrics. Neil works carefully and to a high standard and we are very pleased with the result of both. He overcame the unexpected snags associated with refurbishing a run down house with cheerfulness and willing. Neil is very easy to get on with, always polite and turns up exactly when he says he will. He also makes useful and constructive suggestions about overcoming any difficulties. We can happily recommend him.

Two new bathrooms and a cloakroom.
Despite not being touched for nearly forty years Neil and the team made light work of bringing these rooms up to date. We asked Neil for additional work part way through the job and this was not a problem. The additional work was also as competitively priced as the original estimate. We would definately use the team again and have already asked for estimates for other work we would like done.

New combi boiler and central heating radiators.
The work was excellent. Neil explained the different system before work started, so we were able to choose what would suit us best. Very tidy and efficient. Everything was cleaned up every day when they left and we were not left without hot water over night. Would recommend.

Neil did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure we were happy with the work as it progressed and did not hesitate to make suggestions for improvements where necessary. New overflow for bath and plug and chain fitted.
Neil was brilliant, he came over to inspect the job after I had called and said that he would be able to do the job right away. He explained exactly what the problem was and how he could fix it and made sure I was happy before he began the job quoting exactly how much the job would cost. He worked quickly and efficiently, clearing up all his mess and was very polite. I would certainly recommend Neil and would use him again.

New shower, service boiler, new radiator, new kitchen tap, resealed shower and back of basin.
Plumbers don't get better than this! Neil returned our enquiry call the same day and came to see the job that week to discuss the work and give an estimate. He started the following week and got it all done within two days. He was so conscientious about tidiness that the house was actually cleaner when he left than when he arrived! We are delighted with his work on the things we wanted done and he was very professional regarding some extra work we asked him to do while on the job. Great value, reliable and good quality. Just what you want from any tradesman. We will definitely call him about future plumbing needs.
