Excellent work, we are absolutely delighted with every aspect. All done to schedule or earlier, old bathroom completely taken out, replaced with new, all rubbish and debris taken away. First class plastering, tiling and plumbing job and kept clean and tidy every step of the way. After sales service also excellent - we had a problem with the new boiler which turned out to be a faulty part and nobody's fault, but the guys were there as soon as I called, carried out a full investigation and arranged for the appropriate part to be replaced next day by an engineer from the boiler company. Would highly recommend A and E Plumbing to anyone without any hesitation and plan to use them in the new year for other work we want done.

My faith in the British workman has been restored! These guys are very professional and go out of their way to ensure the customer comes first. The quality of their work is superb and if you are not happy with anything they will endeavour to make changes if it is possible. At 7:30 on a Sunday evening we noticed water coming through the ceiling of our dining room from the airing cupboard upstairs that houses our hot water tank and a shower pump. Neil came within 20 minutes, and diagnosed and isolated the cause of the problem as the faulty 7-year old pump. He recommended a better quality pump be ordered and that we should have the electrics checked too. When the new pump arrived he turned up promptly at the time agreed and completed the installation. All aspects of his work, reliability, time keeping, courtesy, knowledge and helpfulness were excellent and I would recommend him without any reservation whatsoever.

Definitely recommend using Neil. Came round to look at our shower which had stopped working properly. Explained the problem and our options. He wanted to ensure the electrics were up to spec so recommended someone to come around. When he came to fit the new shower, turned up on time and did a great job, again taking time to explain several things to us. Neil is a very polite person and we will use him again for any plumbing needs - you can't say more than that.

This is the second time we have called A&E Plumbing out, this time it was as an emergency when we found water leaking from some where in the airing cupboard, Neil arrived within a couple of hours he contained the problem until he could get back to us. The job entailed removing the hot water cylinder with all that entails he fixed the leaks quickly and efficiently, great job. Not only is Neil a first class plumber, trustworthy, reliable, very clean and tidy, takes great pride in his work which is also aesthetically pleasing. And a pleasure to have working for you.

Very good, friendly person good to get on with. Clean and tidy worker, cheeky chappie, but that is what you need when you have tradesmen in the property. Went to great lengths to ensure that the water pressure was right and so to the temperature. NEIL WAS POLITE FRIENDLY AND VERY TIDY IN HIS WORK. PUT DOWN DUST SHEETS OVER MY NEW CARPETING AND CLEARED UP ALL THE DEBRIS AFTERWARDS. I found Neil to be a friendly, professional contractor. I phoned him at 3.45 and he was at the property by 5pm. He isolated the problem and had to remove part of a ceiling. This was done with very little fuss and with consideration of the mess involved. He was insistent on clearing up at the completion of the job. Neil Templeman (A&E Plumbing) has done several jobs for me now. As a widdowed single mum of a 10 yr old I have to be careful who I let into the house. When I first came across Neil I asked him to quote & also give me names & Nos of some regular customers of his so I could 'check him out'. He was happy to do both, his quote was less than 1/2 my previous plumber and his customers gave absolutely glowing references to the point I thought he should 'polish his halo'!! I wondered if he was too good to be true! I have to say he is every bit as good & more. He is reliable, punctual & has a warm friendly personality. He is also thorough, does quality work and is extremely tidy, even cleaning & hoovering up after he has finished. As an idea of the sort of person he is, let me tell you of the last job he has just comleted for me. The shower over my bath hasn't been working for some time, so he offered to install a power shower for me which he would give me free of charge and all I would have to do is pay him for his work. (He has ordered the shower a while ago for another job, but didn't need it in the end). He point blank refused to let me pay for the shower itself! To make matters worse for him, when he installed the shower he found it was faulty so he ended up having to buy a new part for it costing over £60 but again did not charge me for it. I think Neil should win the Top Trader Competition because not only is he an excellent plumber but a kind, thoughtful & generous individual who goes above & beyond the 'call of duty' so to speak.
