Replacement of washing machine valve that had 'blown off' due to frozen water in pipes, resulting in flooding.
Emergency call out. Excellent service. Discovered the problem late Saturday evening. As it required the water to the house being turned off, I phoned immediately and he promptly arranged to come the following morning, a Sunday. I was so very grateful. Friendly and professional. Gave a clear explanation of the cause of the problem and advised steps to avoid it occurring again. Would not hesitate to recommend and will keep his business card safe so we can contact again when necessary.

Replaced hot water boiler over Christmas
Brilliant service; came out over Christmas break to replace a boiler which had sprung a leak and was threatening to bring down a ceiling. Excellent communications -- kept us informed about ETA and kept promise to return call. Arrived on time, didn't charge any kind of premium for the emergency call-out. Had to search to find the correct replacement (not easy on Dec 28th!) but handled everything and fixed the problem within 48hrs. Very reasonable cost. Very friendly and tidy. Extremely helpful and happy to manage whole problem (even though it meant dismantling and rebuilding half our airing cupboard!) No hesitation in recommending this service.
