Emergency call out. Excellent service. Discovered the problem late Saturday evening. As it required the water to the house being turned off, I phoned immediately and he promptly arranged to come the following morning, a Sunday. I was so very grateful. Friendly and professional. Gave a clear explanation of the cause of the problem and advised steps to avoid it occurring again. Would not hesitate to recommend and will keep his business card safe so we can contact again when necessary.

Brilliant service; came out over Christmas break to replace a boiler which had sprung a leak and was threatening to bring down a ceiling. Excellent communications -- kept us informed about ETA and kept promise to return call. Arrived on time, didn't charge any kind of premium for the emergency call-out. Had to search to find the correct replacement (not easy on Dec 28th!) but handled everything and fixed the problem within 48hrs. Very reasonable cost. Very friendly and tidy. Extremely helpful and happy to manage whole problem (even though it meant dismantling and rebuilding half our airing cupboard!) No hesitation in recommending this service.

Work involved putting in a new soil stack and connection to the drain and supplying and plumbing in a new toilet. I was advised of the potential for extra cost due where the drain was situated but thankfully the works were completed as quoted. Very happy with the quality of the work.

From the outset on the phone, Dave knew the problem and confirmed how he would fix it. He arrived within minutes of booked time, immediately removed shoes to protect light carpet, and ensured surrounding area covered with dust sheets. Job completed very professionally but additional work required when we found additional leaks previously undetected. Very happy and would definitely use him again.

Dave attended at the arranged time and used his drain inspection camera to confirm the problem with the blocked drain. He then provided a quote to dig out and replace the blocked drain and install a manhole cover. He then returned the next day to carry out the work. His tidiness was exemplary as it was a dirty job and no further tidying was required after he left the premises, and we like to keep our premises very tidy.

Called Dave out to a job I was working on when it became clear there was a major problem with the drains, Dave turned up as always, at this point I left knowing the customer was I'm good hands, I always use Dave because he always does a good job, went back next day to take payment from customer for work I had undertaken and she only had good things to say about Dave. (I do not recommend any other tradesman as I have been let down lots of times by other trades) Dave is the exception to that rule.
