Mr Bailey removed both stains successfully and I am really pleased. He arrived promptly and got on with the work very efficiently. The carpet was barely damp afterwards and dried quickly so I was delighted to see my carpet was as good as new later that day. Response from ABC Cleaning Services Ltd:
When cleaning carpets and carpet tiles unless you are dry cleaning them, whatever system is used you do get the fibres wet using water and chemicals, we remove as much moisture as we can but unfortunately the carpets are still damp when we leave. On this particular job the two consultation rooms had to be recleaned 5 times because of severe staining in these rooms and as such were the last areas finished before we left. On our follow up call the next morning to the client he told us he was really pleased with the work carried out and did not mention anything about rooms being wet. Looking at the other scores on the card and the comment this reflects what he said on the phone. We do a lot of work for this company and we have never had any negative comments from them in the 5 years we have been cleaning any of their sites.

Bill could not have done enough to clean and seal my floor. The job ended up not being straightforward due to the porous nature of the tiles. He was tireless every step of the way, recommending additional cleaning, additional drying time and then only when we were ready, sealed the floor. I could not recommend him highly enough for his patience and attention to detail. He did an absolutely great job.
