Conservatory leak repairs, re-render, replace flashing and apply watertight seal.
Excellent work by James and Grant in Marvin's team! Even when the render was found to be soaking wet under the flashing and therefore the job wasn't as straightforward as we all expected, they were able to repair that without any fuss and complete the project as planned and on budget. I will definitely use Marvin and his team again, should the need arise.
