We have dealt with a lot of tradesman in the past but not one has exceeded our expectations like Above All Roofing. It was a real pleasure to have dealt with a company that not only does "what it says on the tin" but actually goes the extra mile to satisfy their customers. The team turned up on time, were hard working all the time they were on site, (no stopping for tea breaks, phone calls, run out of bits, etc) and completed the job to schedule (despite the weather) and finished it to a very high degree. Just to completely round the job off they also added an extra touch by re-routing an old down pipe and adding a new piece of pipe which wasn't in their remit to do so which, went over and above our expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again when I need their services and shall be recommending Above All Roofing to anyone who needs them. Paul has a great team and one he can be really proud off. How tradesmen used to be!! Keep up the good work.

After trying 2 other roof tilers I rang Paul. He agreed to call the next day (which he did) and fix the problem the day after (which he did). One of the other tilers recommended just slapping some pug on the broken tile as to free the damaged tile from it's concrete bonding would take a lot of time and 'cost a fortune'. Paul did a proper job, replacing the broken tile and at a reasonable price. In terms of doing what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, I cannot fault him.

Within an hour of us phoning, Paul was here and assessed the damage. Repairs to the roof and ceiling took place that day, and the artexing and decorating two days later. We found Paul and his craftsmen to be very professional and courteous, to the point they even removed their shoes when entering our house.
