Nearing end of 6 month complete renovation, 2 storey extension, loft conversion
Well, there are only a couple of weeks to go until we move into our 6 month renovation project with Abri. We started with drawings showing little more than approximate wall positions but had lots of ideas about what we wanted to achieve. I admit that I was excited but rather anxious about being put in charge of the build/creation of our family home and my seemingly never ending string of questions would have driven most people to distraction. But if that's been the case then Abri have kept it very well hidden. They've guided, advised and supported us all the way and have the loveliest team of hard working tradesman we could have hoped for. Even the drama of us trying to choose paint colours (we're still having nightmares!) doesn't seem to have fazed them. Of course, it would be naive to think that every little detail would go according to plan in a project of this size, but the patient, flexible and understanding approach by the whole team has always helped to ease the stress. Our 'ugly duckling' has very nearly been turned into a 'beautiful white swan'.

Repairs to roof and pointing
Abri built a fine extension on my house two years ago. I recently lost some ridge tiles which, together with premature spalling of cement pointing on the edge of the roof, was probably the result of a faulty batch of cement. Notwithstanding the time elapsed and the potential for denying liability, Abri carried out full repairs at no charge to myself. Quite incredible in my view and a standard of service that is very rare these days.

Range of odd jobs internal and external
Abri picked up when we had been let down by our builder. They took on a range of jobs and worked with the council to get us our building regs. I found Abri responsive, reliable and work to be of good quality. I would recommend without reservation.
