We were delighted when this customer came back to use our services again. This time, we were specifically asked to leave all the logs from the job behind. However, it is not always easy for customers to judge how much wood a whole oak tree generates. The complaint revolves around them being 'too large and too many'. If only the customer had told us there was a problem - we would have been happy to go back and cut them smaller or take them away again for free! When we were paid in full straight away, we presumed our customer was happy. Sadly, we weren't given the chance to help maintain our excellent customer relations.

Good quality and tidy work. I would encourage them to ask your opinion more when doing/or when completing the work, as my expectation of a trim back was for it to be more aggressively trimmed than the work that was done.  I would recommend them.

Cutting back conifer hedges too harshly is a common error in many gardens. Our expert arborist advised that it would be detrimental to its health. The hedge would have turned brown and may not have recovered, which he believes would not have pleased our customer later in the long run.

Reduction of very large laurel tree.
Mr Ferretti and his team had to reduce a very large Laurel tree in our garden, but be very careful of precious specimen shrubs in the close vicinity.
