Conversation of shed and decorating of house.
All started really well and we were impressed, then things went to pot. On more than one occasion we were expecting people to turn up at the house and no one came. We had to continually chase Neil as to what was going on. I had a nasty accident and was in hospital for a week, I had to keep contacting Neil. We were very stupid and paid the whole bill as was told by Neil that he would t be able to finish the work if we didn’t. This was 2022, it’s now 2023 and the work still isn’t finished. Absolutely gutted at the way we have been treated. We have evidence too. ££££’s out of pocket

Communal hallway decoration stage 1
Dealing with Neil at Absolute Decor has been great and made this job pain free. His communication and knowledge of the industry made it easy for us to pick Absolute. We are halfway through the job now, it’s looking great and left clean and tidy each evening for residents to come and go. We will be using them again.

Re-painting outbuilding
Painting all completed to a very good standard. Good attention to detail and everywhere left clean and tidy once the work was completed. Will be using Neil again.

Full interior re-decoration

Plastering, decorating, bath refitting
Absolute horror to work with. Work is not complete till this date. Paid over 90% of the bill and Neil never came back to complete it. Some of the builders are great with the work, others seem like they just picked up a toolbox. The owner/manager Neil Can't actually build himself so doesn't know anything about timing/estimates. Haven't had time to take it up with local authorities,
