Security.

Within 2 hours from my phone call to Absolute Security Shutters Ltd. My faulty garage door was opened (I couldn't open it) and repaired, very charming young man, polite and friendly. I am almost 83 so appreciation an approachable youngster. (Anyone under 40 is a youngster in my books!!!)
