New key lock change on front door.

I rang Mr Hughes and he said he would be round in half an hour which he was and did the work no hassle. Very polite and friendly. Very pleased.

UPvc Window lock and broken mechanism replaced.

Arrived very quickly, ascertained the problem was not just the lock but the window mechanism too, gave me a verbal price which I accepted. The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently and to my satisfaction. I will definately use Access Locks Locksmiths company again.

Lock jammed, locked out.

This is a very decent firm. He was not free to come to my home, instead gave me instructions over the phone on how to make my lock works. He saved me £55.

Removing broken key from lock

Gary offered to come over immediately and he was here in 20 minutes. He knew what needed to be done and he did it very quickly.

Fixed window lock on double glazed window

Gary was prompt in dealing with a problem we had with a double glazed window. Where the window had been left open for a long period it would not close. Gary put in new lock for the handle thereby saving us having to replace the whole window. Will use again
