Replaced lock and put new security chain on
Access Locksmiths were really helpful on the phone (and polite on each of the 3 times I phoned them within 20 minutes!). They offered to phone to let my mum know when they were on the way and did so. The locksmith was polite and very helpful with mum who can get confused. He even put the new keys on her ring so she didn't muddle them up. A great polite and friendly service - I'd definitely recommend them - well done to Mo and Oz!
