They found problems when trying to do the Power Flush and had to remove a blockage which had been building up over years. Consequently the job took longer than anticipated and took more than 2 days rather than the 1 it should have. However, their charge for the extra time was extremely reasonable and they juggled their diary in order to complete the job as soon as possible.

The job was far more complex than anticipated, as the old showers were badly installed 28 years ago, so remedial work to the plasterboard and tiles had to be done in addition to the plumbing. The job was therefore much longer than expected, spread over the Christmas/New Year period. Adam took everything in his stride and did all the necessary work cheerfully and squeezed us into his schedule, despite having other urgent jobs to complete. I have no hesitation in recommending Adam.

I booked ACML to do a power flush on my system, having had a friend of a friend in the trade take a quick glance at my boiler which had started making horrific banging noises (he didn't expect me to book him, so wasn't out to make some quick cash). Come the day, it turned out all I needed was some additional chemicals to quieten the system.... which have worked a treat. I'm so grateful for the honesty, tidiness, and all together pleasant nature which didn't leave me feeling threatened or taken advantage of. Local lads, who I'd definitely use again and certainly recommend to friends.
