Insulating and plastering of walls, handbuilding oak bedroom wardrobes
Thomas is a competent and conscientious builder and is a very good carpenter. He employs polite direct employees who are equally caring and very tidy workers, as was his sub-contracted electrician. The standard of his work is high and he takes pride in delivering customer satisafaction.

Fitted wardrobes and bedroom furniture
I can highly recommend Thomas and his work. The planning process was very easy, he visited several times and was accomodating when I wanted to change a couple of points before starting. The construction was easy, each day the team worked long hours and cleaned up after themselves completely. The project was finished promptly and did not mind coming back a couple of times to put on the finishing touches. Overall a great experience!

Works include:- Repair of 'crack' to outside wall. Replacement of guttering and fascias. Re-rendering and painting of external walls. Replacing and fitting of bespoke oak internal doors. Replacement and fitting of other internal doors. Replacement and fitting of period coving and skirting boards. Various internal plastering jobs due to external wall 'crack' and a hidden wardrobe space.
I have had involvement with Thomas Streeter, also known as Acorn Carpentry! Since July 2010. Thomas was able to give a professional opinion on a Victorian house I was buying regarding building works that may be required. After completion of the purchase a few tradesmen have been used to undertake various jobs. All the tradesmen including Thomas have been excellent at all times. I have never found fault and would recommend strongly.
