Rear garden patio and lawn.
Acorn displayed an overall poor level of professionalism. Despite positive first impressions from meticulous paperwork the level of service we experienced was unreliable, inefficient and disorganised. We had too many start dates, ineffective ordering of materials therefore delaying work further and inept communication throughout. Despite a good finished job, we would not recommend them.

We felt we dealt with this customer as per our code of practice and our usual level of organisational skills, professionalism and daily contact. We did apologise for the delayed start date and appreciate that this caused some inconvenience. Materials were in high demand, therefore delayed. I believe the customer made contact with the supplier and was aware of this. The project increased in size during the work which we dealt with without altering the original quotation. I can only say that Acorn Gardens do their very best at all times to meet all of our customer’s requirements and pride ourselves not only on the quality of our workmanship but our attitude towards the customer.
