The new front door ramp now blends in perfectly with the existing block paving, originally laid by Acorn Gardens in 2008. The same effect was reproduced at the conservatory door and the new rear patio. The new wrought iron handrails really finish off the entire effect. Acorn Gardens are very professional and their craftsmanship is excellent. We will definitely recommend them whenever we can.

Complete garden redesign, team were adaptable to our developing ideas as the work progressed, and were happy to work with us on our ideas to achieve the perfect design we obtained. Very high standard of workmanship, especially some complicated brickwork involving multiple curves and different levels. Due to our developing ideas area of paving increased considerably, this led to the increase in cost over the original quote, but we were kept well informed of this as work continued. Very high standard of workmanship, very tidy, very polite.

Acorn displayed an overall poor level of professionalism. Despite positive first impressions from meticulous paperwork the level of service we experienced was unreliable, inefficient and disorganised. We had too many start dates, ineffective ordering of materials therefore delaying work further and inept communication throughout. Despite a good finished job, we would not recommend them.

We felt we dealt with this customer as per our code of practice and our usual level of organisational skills, professionalism and daily contact. We did apologise for the delayed start date and appreciate that this caused some inconvenience. Materials were in high demand, therefore delayed. I believe the customer made contact with the supplier and was aware of this. The project increased in size during the work which we dealt with without altering the original quotation. I can only say that Acorn Gardens do their very best at all times to meet all of our customer’s requirements and pride ourselves not only on the quality of our workmanship but our attitude towards the customer.
