They were prompt, efficient, tidied up as they went (had to drill through concrete floor to leaking pipes.) Very polite and helpful - Aaron is excellent. Found the source and repaired it. Their quote was right in the middle of 3 quotes. Very good chaps. I would recommend them.

Replaced stop cocks.
They were punctual and tidy, did a good job.  My only hesitancy is that they disappeared for a full hour (saying they'd be gone 20 mins) to pick up some parts and charged for the full hour - I just felt a little bit unsure if it really took 2 of them to go and if they were genuinely on our job the whole time. Otherwise polite and good.  I would recommend them.

Our boiler broke down on the Friday, ACP came round first thing on Monday and informed us we needed a new boiler. This was fitted by lunch time the next day ! Brilliant service, a pleasure to deal with and will definitely use them again.

Two heating engineers - are from the manufacturer - Worcester Boilers - the other from British Gas refused to fix our boiler becasue they said it was not properly installed - an they from A.C.P - said no problem and repaired it.

Remove, refit and resit radiators.
I was given a reasonable estimate over the phone, I was surprised to then receive a written quote in writing considerably higher! We negotiated and agreed a labour price only and I supplied all the materials. I was told the work would take 2-3 days. Work started on 20 August, on 22 August, Aaron telephoned me, demanding I transfer 50% of our agreed bill, into his bank account that afternoon, that he would finish when he returned, that there was no urgency to complete my work, that I should show good faith, not be so fussy and to trust him. I reminded Aaron of our agreement, he said he didn't have time to come back as he had started another job, I explained that provided he finished what he agreed to do, he would be paid immediately. Aaron returned the following week, completed approx half the work, so I paid him half the agreed amount. When Aaron returned to finish the works, he called me to say he did not want to finish the job, gave me a barrage of abuse, at his suggestion we agreed to part company, he agreed to accept what he had already been paid in full and final settlement. I found Aaron, unprofessional in manner and deed, he did not turn up on time, do the job he said he would, within the timescale he said he would do it, the quality of his work is questionable and I consider I was significantly overcharged.
