We appointed ACS to carry out a loft conversion to our investment property which we needed to put back on the market as soon as possible. We needed a builder who could carry out the loft conversion along with a few other refurbishment works within a specified time schedule and without compromise on quality of workmanship. After interviewing several builders and checking out references, we decided to appoint ACS. We had several meetings with Ayhan before work started, to map out a works schedule to make sure all timescales could be met. This was our first time as property developers so we were venturing into unknown territory and we couldn't have wished for a more patient and understanding builder. He was brilliant !!! Suffice to say that the work was completed ahead of schedule and the end product was perfect. We will definitely be working with Ayhan on the next one.

Having had an ongoing problem with leaks to my conservatory roof I had a few repairs carried out in the past which never rectified the problem fully. I was recommended ACS by a friend and after having had the repairs done around a month ago and after several serious downpours I am glad to say that the problem has been sorted. I was very impressed with Ayhans professionalism which instilled confidence in appointing him to do the work. He was very neat, tidy and punctual. Everything you should expect from a professional builder. I will be using him again to refurbish my bathroom in the very near future.

This was a big project and we were naturally apprehensive. However Ayhan and his team were superb and did a fantastic job. The work was of the highest possible standard and quality. Ayhan's team were professional, reliable, and completely trustworthy. The work was accurately specified and Ayhan remained within budget. We were delighted with the final product and would give ACS and Ayhan the highest possible recommendation. Ayhan genuinely puts the customer first.

I went with Ayhan for the work to my flat based on the impression I got of him when I met him and the reviews I had seen on this site. I can confirm that the comments here are accurate. Ayhan's work is to a very high standard. I got the impression that he was dealing with me and my flat the way he would like to be dealt with if roles were reversed.

We asked a number of builders to tender for an extension to our dining and kitchen area, of which ACS were by far the most informative and helpful. Ayhan and his team guided us through the whole process of planning, designing and the final implementation of the project. Their guidance proved invaluable as this allowed us to make the most appropriate decisions for the build. Ayhan’s exemplary carpentry skills enabled us to reuse the incumbent fitted kitchen and appliances which saved us a considerable amount of money. ACS finished all of the work within the quotation provided at the outset of the project. We were never asked to pay for any work or materials until they had been completed or supplied and the payment terms were very clear and easy to work with. All of Ayhan’s team and subcontractors were very diligent and competent, completing all of parts of the build to a high standard. They were also friendly and polite, which made the whole process less stressful than it could have been. We would highly recommend ACS to anyone wanting any work of this nature.

We used ACS Building Service to totally refurbish our retail premises in Hove. Ayhan was a pleasure to deal with always keeping us well informed at various stages of the refurbishment. He took the reins and guided us through an extensive project and we felt very comforted by having such a well organised builder working for us. He went far beyond what was required of him and I would recommend ACS to anyone with total confidence. If you have had bad experiences in the past with builders then ACS is a breath of fresh air! Genuine builders do exist and this is one of them.

Ayhan and his crew were very professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. He always made himself available for discussions about a whole host of details, too ensure that everything was how we wanted it. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and he was very strict around leaving the place clean and tidy at the end of each day. Apart from a small delay in proceedings towards the end of the project (around tiling etc) we couldn't have been happier with ACS and in comparison with some specialist loft companies his quote was a fair bit cheaper.
