Replace old and blown fuse board
Four of my 84 year old Mother in Law’s storage heaters had stopped working and after a visit from the manufacturers engineer on the Friday morning before the Christmas weekend it was identified that the ‘old style’ fuse panel for the heaters had ‘blown’. I spoke with Tony at ACS at about 12.30 with some apprehension that everyone was closing down for the Christmas break. Tony contacted his supplier and by 2.30pm an ACS electrician (who had given up his early finish for Christmas) was at the flat and by 5pm that day the old panel had been replaced with a new MCB one! What service. As if that wasn’t enough Tony phoned me the next day (Christmas Eve) to check that everything was ok and that my Mother in Law’s heating was working, and that she was ok. Thank you ACS, if only all companies worked with this sort of customer focused ethos then all would be well with the world. 10/10 is not a high enough score for this company, highly recommended.
