Four of my 84 year old Mother in Law’s storage heaters had stopped working and after a visit from the manufacturers engineer on the Friday morning before the Christmas weekend it was identified that the ‘old style’ fuse panel for the heaters had ‘blown’. I spoke with Tony at ACS at about 12.30 with some apprehension that everyone was closing down for the Christmas break. Tony contacted his supplier and by 2.30pm an ACS electrician (who had given up his early finish for Christmas) was at the flat and by 5pm that day the old panel had been replaced with a new MCB one! What service. As if that wasn’t enough Tony phoned me the next day (Christmas Eve) to check that everything was ok and that my Mother in Law’s heating was working, and that she was ok. Thank you ACS, if only all companies worked with this sort of customer focused ethos then all would be well with the world. 10/10 is not a high enough score for this company, highly recommended.

The socket was replaced in less than an hour all stages were talked through and all work agreed before hand. All mess cleaned up well. Quote and final bill same as estimate. A great company, and one I'd definitely use again. The faulty light kept tripping the consumer unit at a tenanted house in Lancing. I can't comment on tidiness because I wasn't there when the work was done, but the tenant is delighted with the job. They were held up at a previous job but phoned to say they'd arrive a bit later than expected, set up a temporary light because they couldn't immediately fix the old one and came back when they said they would to complete the work. The man I dealt with on the phone was helpful and very polite, and his estimate of price was spot on. I'd definitely highly recommend them.

Provided a very good service with plenty of information prior to and during the installation. Heaters originally chosen could not be sourced due to supply problems but an equal alternative suggested and work commenced on time. Electrician worked extremely well around the needs of my mother-in law who had just come home from hospital having suffered a stroke by reducing anxiety and risks to her. Very clean and tidy job, would thoroughly recommend for all electrical work. Thank you.

"My electricians were actually not late to start this job. They arrived at 8:00hrs on the morning of the 10th as arranged and stayed on site to complete the job as estimated and agreed leaving everything fully functioning. The customers score on timekeeping was actually reffering to me calling the following day to survey the quality and standard of the works and collect payment as arranged. Trying to get out of the office on time is not always easy as incoming calls have to be answered and dealt with. I did call prior to our appointment to let the customer know that I was running late due to those circumstances."
