It took 3 further visits over a period of 3 weeks to resolve the rat problem, which meant laying poison / traps in other spaces in the house, including blocking off the Rat's entry point (a hole in the outside wall left by Plumbers removing pipes and not filling the hole properly). Will most certainly call on Andy again as it's inevitable we'll get more wasp nests, but hopefully not Rats.
