Remove radiator fix leak reinstall rad and test

Excellent work, I had a leak to the radiator connection, the engineer found that it was leaking as had not been installed properly and fixed the leak by removing the rad re-installing the connectors and testing. The price was right for the actual work and he was very courteous and polite. Any future work will go to Actfast.

Washing machine plumbed in, water valve changed, mains stop cock changed

Bloody exceptional! Came same day - thats a first. No call out charge, quote a lot less than expected, did not overcharge for parts, worked quickly and efficiently and explained everything he did (so I can do it in future) and warned me what to look out for. Called water company when outside stop cock malfunctioned and even called me later that evening to check everything was still OK. Will be keeping his number for the future and recommending him to everyone I know.

Offered advice

Noticed brown staining on the ceiling of my sons bedroom. Checked the water tank in the attic which was wet all around the outside. Couldn't see the where the problem was coming from. Phoned Omar who gave me advice over the phone. What to do initially and then what to check, etc. Followed Omar's advice and found the problem (a knackered washer) and fixed it. Although Omar was unable to visit at the time, he was happy to offer advice over the phone, which was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend his services.

New shower installed.

Omar rang up to let me know he was on his way. The new shower was installed very quickly and very neatly. In addition Omar helped me to remove a sink, toliet and towel rail so that I could remove the old tiles from the bathroom. He also identified a problem with the heating of the hot water tank and fixed that. I can't praise Omar enough, very helpful, very friendly, a true credit to his profession... why can't all plumbers be like Omar.

Fixed leaking sink connection
