James explained in detail the work to be done beforehand and I was impressed with his knowledge and his ability to explain that to me. He produced a very detailed quote. I was very confident he would do a good job and I was not disappointed. He arrived on time, provided emergency power to our freezers and got on with the job. He kept me informed throughout the work. He was thorough in cleaning up afterwards and ensuring all our appliances were re-connected safely. We were very comfortable having him in our home. Called James at Activate on December the 28th when a pipe burst and caused jus to have no power. James came out the same day and did emergency work so as to get power restored to the sockets so the heating could be on and the drying units could be used he came back again to restore lights when I called James he was not working between x-mas and the new year, but he did work and come out to help Brilliant well done. .
