Removed asbestos-bearing Artex, replastered and painted ceilings throughout my two-bedroom flat.

Alan Oakes of ADO responded to my initial inquiry and subsequent emails promptly, arrived at the agreed time daily and cleared up thoroughly as he moved from room to room. He was always very courteous and his workmanship was of a high standard. He did an excellent job.

Replacement of old large sash window with new

This is now the third piece of work that Alan has done for me and was carried out with the same high standards or workmanship, efficiency and politeness as all of the others. All was completed at the time stated, for the given price. The room where the window was exchanged was left in a very tidy state and all rubbish removed. Some unexpected additional plaster work was required, which wasn't really part of the window fitting quote - this was also done within the original price quoted and not charged as an 'extra'.
